We are seeking to appoint an ambitious and inspirational Class Teacher with a TLR responsibility for English and Key Stage 2. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented and motivated individual with outstanding classroom practice who is ready to take the next step in their career. The role offers the chance to lead and shape the teaching of English across the school, while making a real difference to the progress and outcomes of our children.

Bulwell St Mary’s Church of England Primary & Nursery School is seeking to appoint an excellent teaching practitioner who has high expectations of pupil progress and a drive for self-development.

We are a happy, multi-cultural, single form entry school in the City of Nottingham. We are part of the Transform Trust, a multi-academy trust based in the East Midlands, comprising 24 schools at the time of writing.

You will:

• Be a consistently outstanding primary teacher 

• Have experience of teaching at KS2

• Have strong leadership skills

• Be passionate about teaching and learning and making a difference to every child. 

• Care passionately about children and their development whilst still driving forward pupil progress and achievement.

• Value a team working approach and be keen to contribute and share your skills with colleagues

• Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to build on and maintain strong relationships with staff, parents and carers, children, governors and the local and wider community.
